Anthony R. Ianniello is a partner in the law firm of Ianniello Anderson, P.C. and has been engaged in the private practice of law since 1970 with a concentration in the area of real estate law.
Ianniello Anderson, P.C. serves as settlement agent and closing attorney for more than 30 lending institutions throughout upstate New York and the Hudson Valley and Mohawk Valley regions. Mr. Ianniello and his firm represent commercial clients before almost every board in the Capital District involving land use planning and zoning matters. These projects have included major residential subdivisions, shopping centers, telecommunication installations, warehousing, office parks and landfill matters.
 
Mr. Ianniello received his B.A from Union College, his M.S./M.B.A. from Northeastern University and his Juris Doctorate degree from Albany Law School. He is a member of the Saratoga County, New York State and American Bar Associations.
Mr. Ianniello is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Saratoga Auto Museum, a member of the Board of Directors of the Saratoga Performing Arts Center and an active supporter of many charitable organizations throughout the Capital Region

Matthew I. Thomas W. Spinrad is an attorney who has been engaged in title searching, title examination and title insurance for an excess of forty years. He is an associate of Ianniello Anderson P.C.. Mr. Spinrad received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1968 and a Juris Doctorate degree from Albany Law School of Union University in 1972.
 
Mr. Spinrad has been a lead title examiner for numerous large private and public land acquisition and financing projects including the Rensselaer Polytechnic Center for Industrial Innovation, the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute Technology Park, Hudson Valley Community College, the Troy Built/Gardenway plant expansion and the foreclosure and subsequent re-development of the Saratoga Board Mills/Westvaco plant property in Mechanicville, New York. Mr. Spinrad has testified as an expert witness in matters of easement rights, location and extent of roadways, boundary lines and reconstruction of defective descriptions.
Mr. Spinrad has been adjunct instructor of law at Hudson Valley Community College and has been a panel member in continuing education seminars sponsored by the New York State Bar Association, the Saratoga County Bar Association, the Schenectady County Bar Association, the new York State Association of Professional Land Surveyors, National Business Institute and Lorman Education Services covering matters of survey, mortgage foreclosure, real property tax assessment, easements, streets and roadways, title insurance and real property title law.

Kelly M. Curro has 20 years of experience in the general practice of law including civil litigation, criminal defense, real estate and business matters. Matthew J. Chauvin has been practicing law for nearly a decade and is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, the Northern District of New York and Federal Court.
Prior to joining Ianniello Anderson, P.C., Mr. Chauvin served as Assistant District Attorney for Saratoga County for six years, where he concentrated on the prosecutions of DWI cases. He concurrently served as the Deputy Town Attorney for the Town of Halfmoon, a position he held for six years.
 
Mr. Chauvin has extensive experience handling general municipal law including zoning, planning, land use and code enforcement and often represents clients and developers before municipal boards. Mr. Chauvin's current practice concentrates on DWI and criminal defense, vehicle and traffic law, civil litigation, municipal law and personal injury.
Mr. Chauvin received his B.A. in history from Pennsylvania State University and obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from Rutgers School of Law.

Megan A. Boggs graduated from Russell Sage College in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice. Sarah J. Burger is the Chair of the Labor and Employment law practice at Ianniello Anderson, P.C. She is admitted to practice in New York, the U.S. District Courts, Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of New York and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
 
Ms. Burger concentrates her practice in employment and labor law litigation and counseling. She primarily represents employees in a wide variety of labor and employment law matters including discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, whistleblower, unpaid wage and overtime litigation and the negotiation and drafting of employment agreements. She also advises clients regarding workplace policies and litigation avoidance.

Ms. Burger is an active member of the New York State Bar Association, Labor Section, Boston Bar Association, Labor Section, Federal Court Bar Association (NDNY), Saratoga County Bar Association, National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA), National and New York Chapters and serves on the NELA/NY legislative committee.

Ms. Burger obtained her Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts from Drexel University, First Honors. She has been recognized by Super Lawyers for Employment Litigation in 2014 - 2017.
